Hmmm. Doesn’t seem to let me post a link to share the document here. Maybe because it’s not ‘my’ substack… I’ll try sending via email, and then you (Simran) can share it if you’d like…
In case anyone is still interested in reading the English translation of the Japanese article, I just discovered that it posted to *my* Substack page!! (I’ve really gotta get more informed about how this platform works! And hopefully I will, as I’m planning to post my first actual “note” on my page today 🤞🏼🤷🏼♀️😬)
My 6 year old niece loves the book! I gave it to her when she was about 3 and she immediately started running around the house pretending to be Fauja Singh. ❤️
Your book and Fauja Singh’s story have very much inspired my little one! Grateful to have these kinds of stories in our home library - I think about what it would have been like to have had access to this when I was growing up. Happy Birthday to Fauja Singh!
So precious! I wonder if you could share the English translation of the interview article? “More of this, please”, indeed!!
Good idea! I'll try to track it down and post it here when I receive it!
And the link is live, though not in translation :)

Thank you!! I’ve translated it (using Google translate). I’ll attempt to post the translation in the next comment here… hope it works!
